SITUATION & CHALLENGE
An unlisted real estate holding company regularly needed clear, audience-appropriate material for shareholders, investors and its committees: annual reports, general meeting presentations and a teaser for raising capital. The content – figures, key indicators, facts – already existed, but had to be condensed, structured and presented convincingly for each audience.
APPROACH
We took the content the client supplied and translated it into professional documents. For the annual report we structured key figures, financial reporting and corporate governance into a coherent whole. The AGM presentations we prepared for their audience, with a clear thread from the situation to the motion. For the capital raise we developed an investor teaser presenting property, location and key data on the facts – responsibility for figures and offer stayed with the client.
OUTCOME & CLIENT VALUE
The outcome was a set of reusable, audience-appropriate documents: annual reports giving shareholders and committees a clear overview, AGM presentations with a clear structure, and an investor teaser as a durable, reusable basis for communication. Preparation, structure and design came from Desigon, the decisions and the responsibility for content stayed with the board of directors.
