Does Desigon also offer sparring for management or the board of directors?
Yes, this is a distinct role alongside the project work itself. As a sparring partner, we help critically challenge decision-making foundations and surface blind spots before a decision is made.

Does Desigon also take on hands-on project leadership?
Yes. We provide hands-on or advisory support across the entire project lifecycle, from definition through realisation to completion.

What does the "target triangle" mean?
Timeline, cost and quality. Our projects are consistently steered by these three dimensions and are usually completed within this target triangle.

Does Desigon also coordinate external partners?
Yes. For relocations, fit-outs or IT projects involving several external parties, we coordinate architects, site management, trades or other partners so that timelines and interfaces align.

Yes. We gather the requirements, evaluate the market systematically using a value-benefit analysis, and support implementation through to go-live or handover into operation.

Yes. We map systems, interfaces, data repositories and responsibilities across all companies and create a consolidated, documented overview as a basis for standardisation or strategy.

Yes. From separating the layers, services, competencies, methods and technologies, to the visual identity and the website that makes the positioning visible externally.

Why is a new tool or system alone often not enough to solve a problem?
Because we first clarify which business challenge actually needs solving before discussing technology. Often there are underlying leadership and organisational issues, unclear responsibilities or processes that nobody enforces consistently. A system change makes this visible but does not resolve it by itself.

How does Desigon handle critical voices on the board or in management?
Critical stakeholders are deliberately involved before the decision, not to persuade them, but so that their objections are already reflected in the decision-making foundations.

How does Desigon handle risks during a project?
Risks are identified early and kept low, for example through a fallback scenario that secured the deadline during a payroll transition without ever being needed. The risk register itself is not just created once at the start of a project, it is reviewed again at every milestone: which risks have disappeared, which have grown, which are new.

Does an analysis from Desigon also deliver short-term value, or does it take a long time?
Where it makes sense, a concrete recommendation for an urgent sub-area is developed in parallel to the overall analysis, so the work delivers value early, not only at the end.

Yes, deliberately, wherever they make our work faster, better founded or more precise. The tools deliver speed, judgement, recommendation and responsibility remain with us.
