SITUATION & CHALLENGE
A Swiss real estate company faced a long list of smaller and mid-sized tasks that kept being left aside next to day-to-day business: employee surveys, the evaluation of a board management software, an overarching project overview, the revision of a risk management policy and more. The executive board lacked the capacity to work through them reliably and in a structured way.
APPROACH
We relieved the executive board as a flexible outside resource and took on the topics one by one. We designed and evaluated internal surveys, ran a shortlist assessment of the board management software and created the corresponding decision basis. We supported the head of IT, accompanied the introduction of project management, built an overarching project overview and revised the risk management policy – each of them with a clear structure and a finished result.
OUTCOME & CLIENT VALUE
The executive board was able to have topics that had been left aside worked through reliably and in a structured way, without tying up internal capacity. Surveys, evaluations, the project overview and the policies were delivered complete and ready for decision, each as a finished result ready for handover. The structure and the foundations came from Desigon, the decisions stayed with the executive board.
